A lesson from a Henry-Griffitts Certified Teacher concentrates on the achievement of
balance.
Balance applies to all aspects of the golf swing, both static and dynamic. When most students make a swing they will fall toward the ball or fall back away from it. They may also fall towards the target or away from it. These deviations from perfect balance are very consistently repeated. They manipulate their balance in a consistent manner. We believe that they are reacting to the flight of the ball and are attempting to make the ball go straighter or obtain a different trajectory than the previously observed ball flight. The subconscious brain reacts regardless of what conscious adjustments are made by the student. These subconscious adjustments are compensations to try and forge an accurate ball flight from ill fitted equipment.
Essentially the student will achieve a new balanced swing and recommendations for custom designed equipment that rewards their balanced swing motion.
